# OCTIS > OCTIS is an AI-first business operating system — a Business-in-a-Box — that companies run their whole back office on. It sets up and runs companies in Malaysia, Hong Kong and Mainland China: incorporation, company secretary, bookkeeping, audit and tax on one account, with CRM, invoicing, e-signature, documents and team chat on top, connected by AI. OCTIS is operated by NixConnects Sdn Bhd. Website: https://octis.one ## Markets - [Malaysia](https://octis.one/my): the full Malaysian operating system — Sdn Bhd incorporation, licensed company secretary, SSM/LHDN compliance, accounting, tax, payroll and legal. The company is incorporated (or transferred) onto OCTIS, and the statutory work, the books and the daily operating tools live in the same place. - Hong Kong prices are in HKD and each is 10% below the price Sleek published for the same service; mainland China prices are in USD and each priced item is 10% below a fee another firm publishes. Prices checked 2026-09-26. - Licensing: licensed work is done by licensed people — a TCSP-licensed company secretary and a practising CPA in Hong Kong, licensed company secretaries and audit firms in Malaysia, PRC-registered partners in mainland China. OCTIS is the account the client deals with. - Contact: support@octis.my · https://octis.one/contact ## Hong Kong Incorporation, company secretary, bookkeeping, audit and profits tax — every price published, every price 10% below Sleek's, delivered with our licensed Hong Kong partner.
