OCTIS vs Sleek — summary
On the same work, OCTIS comes in 10–30% less than what you pay now — send us your current bill. For reference, Sleek publishes Starter incorporation at HK$4,973 and a Standard company secretary at HK$1,300/year. Neither company is itself the licensed party: both deliver through a TCSP-licensed secretary and route the statutory audit to a Hong Kong CPA practice, so the underlying compliance work is the same either way. Sleek has the longer track record in this market and its own accounting and bookkeeping software (SleekBooks); OCTIS is newer here but runs the same workspace Malaysian companies already use for their back office, so a founder running entities in both markets has one login instead of two.
- 10–30% less than what you pay now on incorporation, company secretary and registered address — send us your current bill.
- Government fees included in the incorporation price, exactly like Sleek's — no surprise add-on for the Certificate of Incorporation or first-year Business Registration.
- No transfer-in fee if you're moving an existing company across — you simply start on a secretary plan.
- Fixed fees agreed up front, quoted from your current bill — never billed by the hour.
- The same OCTIS workspace Malaysian companies run their back office on — useful if you also operate there.
Is OCTIS cheaper than my current provider (such as Sleek) in Hong Kong?
Yes. OCTIS prices from your current bill: incorporation, company secretary and the registered office add-on come in 10–30% less than what you pay now — send us your current bill. Prices change on both sides — verify the current figure before you decide.
Who actually signs off my audit and holds the TCSP licence?
With OCTIS, a licensed Hong Kong TCSP partner provides the company secretary and a Hong Kong practising CPA firm signs the statutory audit — OCTIS itself does not hold either licence. Sleek is in the same position: it is a platform in front of licensed delivery, not the licensee itself. Neither company's marketing should be read as claiming otherwise.
Can I move my company from Sleek (or another provider) to OCTIS?
Yes. There's no transfer-in fee on our side — you start on a company secretary plan and OCTIS handles the Companies Registry notification (Form ND2A) and the handover of your statutory records. Your outgoing provider may charge its own resignation or file-transfer fee; that is set by them, not OCTIS.
Does the OCTIS price include government fees?
Yes — the Certificate of Incorporation fee and the first year's Business Registration fee are included in the incorporation price, exactly as Sleek's are. Your quote shows the full first-year cost.
Does OCTIS offer a CRM or back-office bundle in Hong Kong, like it does in Malaysia?
Not yet. OCTIS's Hong Kong service today covers incorporation, company secretary & transfer, accounting and bookkeeping, audit and tax — the same scope this comparison covers. The wider CRM-plus-back-office platform is a Malaysia product; if you run companies in both markets you use the same OCTIS login, but the Hong Kong entity is billed for Hong Kong services only.
