Found cheaper? We match it — see conditions. Every service also carries a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Included from RM 80 a month, scanned into the same account that already knows what you owe.

Included
in every plan — no volume tier, no per-letter fee
Four things it actually is
ON RECORD
Public, and on SSM's file
Every Sdn Bhd must have one, and it is searchable by anyone — customers, suppliers, anyone deciding whether to sue you.
SERVICE
Where you can be served
The address the authorities are entitled to deliver formal documents to. Delivery there counts, whether or not it was read.
RECORDS
Where the statutory records live
The registers a company is required to keep available are kept at, or reachable from, this address.
NOT AN OFFICE
Not where you work
It has no relationship to where the business actually operates. Plenty of companies' registered address is their secretary's office.
+ change where you operate and nothing happens to this; change this and it must be lodged with SSM
+ nobody's customer has ever checked it — which is why 'a prestigious address' is not the argument
What an unopened letter means
What it looks like
Nobody opened it, so nothing has started.
What's actually true
Delivery to the registered address is the event. The clock was already running while the envelope sat there — being served and being told are not the same thing.
Which is why this is not about the address being impressive. It is about whether anybody reliably opens what arrives at it.
Being served is not the same as being told
You do not get more time because nobody opened it. The obligation attaches when the document is delivered to the address on file — which is why an address nobody reads is a liability rather than an admin detail.
A company's registered office is the address at which formal documents may be served on it, and service is generally effective on delivery to that address rather than on someone reading it. The specific provisions and how each authority defines service are being confirmed with legal before this page names them.
The one question that decides this
What happens when the envelope arrives
A mail-forwarding provider and OCTIS both do the physical part identically. The difference is what the envelope lands next to:
From envelope to the right deadline
Post arrives at the registered address
notices from SSM and LHDN, and anything formal sent to the company
We open and scan it the day it lands
a person, not a mailbox you have to visit
It is matched to what the company already owes
the outstanding filing, the licence coming up for renewal — both already on record in this account
It appears beside that obligation, not in a pile
so the date on the letter and the deadline it affects are in the same place
A mail-forwarding provider cannot do the last step, and not because it scans badly — it does not know what your company owes, because it does not run your filings. It can only ever hand you a PDF and let you work out what it relates to. Matching a notice to an obligation requires already holding the obligation.
The day on the letter
There is no middle state, and 'it was in a stack at an address we don't visit' is not a defence anyone accepts. Your customers, meanwhile, will never look your registered address up — the only party who reliably uses it is an agency delivering something dated.
What actually turns up there
Across a typical year at a registered address, this is roughly the mix — and the small slice is the entire reason the service exists:
A handful a year is not an argument for a filing cabinet. It is an argument for somebody reliably noticing the handful.
What the address costs on top
RM 0
on top of your plan. No volume tier, no per-letter charge, no separate address fee.
The superseded version of this page priced it 'by mail volume'. It is included, and post is not metered.
What a standalone provider would have billed
This is what the same arrangement costs when it is bought as its own service, and what happens to each line inside the plan instead:
The plan starts at RM 80 a month. Nothing on this page is billed beside it.
What arrives
Opened and scanned the day it lands
Matched to the filing or renewal it relates to, where there is one.
No lock-in
Cancel any month
Change the address with SSM and your post follows you. Nothing is held back.
Not the guarantee
The 30-day money-back guarantee does not cover this service
It covers new company incorporation and transferring your company secretary to us. Cancel-any-month is what applies here.
Not covered
A business-in-a-box app. Every service a company needs, such as accounting, tax, audit and company secretary, is ordered, tracked and delivered in one place.
Yes. Moving to
from another firm? Send us your current bill. We match the price, or take 10% off it. Move more services and you save more: 10% for one, 20% for two, 25% for all three (accounting and bookkeeping, audit, tax).
Yes, on every
service. Ask in writing within 30 days of paying. Read the Money-Back Guarantee terms
One app and one chat instead of a firm for each service. You upload a document once, and you see where every order stands without asking.
We automate the whole process, so your company's compliance and the back-and-forth cost less to run. That is why we can charge less and deliver faster. A live company health check in the app also shows where you are spending more than you should, alerts you, and suggests a better option that costs less.
Reminders for your company's deadlines, so nothing is missed, and a professional legal team when you need one.
No. Licensed professionals do the work. AI helps them work faster, and helps you understand and analyse your own company quickly.
Nothing was ignored. It was delivered somewhere nobody was looking.
Use our address, and the letters that carry dates arrive beside the deadlines they affect.
